Thank you for shopping with us! Because every item in our store is custom-printed just for you when you order, we operate under a strict no-returns policy for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes. Please review our full terms below.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Valid claims will receive a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Packages Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Please confirm your shipping address was entered correctly before contacting us.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Orders: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipping the item back to you.

Sizing Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or buyer's remorse.
